Geo Metro 96 Auto Trans check engine light on

My 96 Geo Metro with Auto Transmission and the 1.3 engin gives the following trouble codes: Shift Malfunction P0 780 and Trans Range Sensor Circuit Malfunction (PRNDL Input) P0 705.
Could someone direct me on correcting this problem ? How do I locate the Trans Rung Sensor ? :screwy:
