Hey, i have a 97 prelude VTEC (non-SH) and my cluth is starting to slip pretty bad, ive decided i want to buy a new clutch/flywheel package off ebay and i was wondering how hard is it to putin? ive asked some local dealerships and mechanics and they want to charge arounf 550 to 600 bucks just for installation. they say it takes an expert 10 hours to install, i like to do it myself but ive never done it before and i dont really feel likepaying that much money if i dont have do. anybody know of any tutorial sites that show how to replace clutch and flywheel?

i dont know of any tutorials for installing a clutch and flywheel. But you're not being ripped off. I have a 94 prelude and installation on my car is 600 easy. The installation is extremely labor intensive.

If thats how much they charge then your getting ripped off. I got my clucth installed with a new flywheel for 350. But I shoped around.
