Seems that all 3 of these are connected, well, maybe. When the light switch is on, the dash board lights up, radio is good, park lights come on and tail lights. But no headlights and when the brake pedal is pushed there are no brake lights. All fuses are good. I'm stumped. Dealership suggested replacing the light switch but this did not work. Any one have any suggestions?

If you don't have a schematic this may help : http://www.autozone.com/servlet/UiBroker?ForwardPage=/az/cds/en_us/0900823d/80/10/cc/a4/0900823d8010cca4.jsp Open this then scroll down to fig 29 and click open. I would start by removing the low beam relay (easier to get to than the headlamp dimmer switch) and measure for 12 VDC coming into the relay. Should be there constantly with the key off or on. If it's not there I would suspect that 40 amp fuse or the 25 amp circuit breaker (upper right).
