Try cleaning/replacing your battery terminals, sounds like a bad connection.

ok the terminal are clean and like i said if i use the turn signals it will fluctuate when i turn on lights and heat and trun signal guage drops almost into the red. I need this car only one i have and now the oil guage does not work wehn car is on it stays at 120 never moves has oil and the washer fluid ligh tis on has fluid (in the system monitor) the check guages light is on (ibelieve due to oil guage). This car has been a jinx from the beging and i hate it. I know the rear turn signal had water in it and the bulb was rusted in it had to dig it out. Well hope this info helps sorry I didnt post it lastnight.

have you had your battery load tested? a battery with a shorted plate can cause a lot of weird problems. even if it is new load test it anyway.

That definitely is still a problem. You're introducing a ground condition to the electrical system every time you use the turn signals. But the other problem is still the main focus. If you can, look at the under hood fuse center (maxi-fuse center I believe) and try to see if you can inspect the main power connections & buses underneath the fuse center. You are looking for loose connections there.

Just a suggestion.....make sure your battery cable connection at the solenoid (on the starter) is tight.....it sounds suspect

Also, check that your serpentine belt is not out of tolerence. This would cause a low charging condition.

check the fusible links that are inline...those tend to cause a ton of problems if it just doesnt charge
