surf control!!!!!!!

yesterday i couldnt post all day!i go on here daily to waste time and the f-ing surf control came up after 3 mths of no problems. i did get a site to bypass it, but it figured that out and blocked that 2! seems to be fine today, but if i get blocked, i may threaten my job just to get access!its i f-ing automotive forum and i work at a car dealer.wtf!anyone got any other ways around this?
