98 front bumper conversion???

I just recently bought a 94' Integra and I'd like to convert my front bumper to the 98+ style. What do I have to replace/buy to convert my front bumper? Also, do I have to modify my car any?

font bumper,front bumper bracket, front panel, wings and hood + head lights and connectors if different

Does anyone know if the grille in the middle of the air dam can be removed or cut off so that it is all open instead of having that plastic junk in there?
