remote locks from factory 2000 voyager

is there a way to tell if the van came with remote locks from the factory by looking in a certain place? instead of taking it to the dealer?

Lift the dash panel right above the steering wheel there should be a square black box about 4x4x1 with a blue connector in it. That is the RKE control box. If it's there you have Keyless entry.
