ABS Light won't turn off

Pull the trouble code not the fuse. I can't help you unless you pull the trouble code and find out what the problem is. Go buy a Haynes manual from the auto parts store it will tell you how to obtain the ABS trouble codes.

This is what the code was telling me

Fail-safe relay
(open,short)

How can I fix this

It's probably more complicated than this, but when my light was on, It was just because the wire had come loose from the battery. I doubt that's the problem but it's always worth checking.
