Swapping 2nd row Bench for buckets

Does anyone know if I swap out my 2nd row bench seat in my 2000 suburban (new style). for bucket seats , Is there any modifications needed to the floor? or do they bolt in? Also Will the cushions from a 2002 Tahoe fit my 2000 suburban. Is it possible? My leather is bad on the one side and I am looking for options. I know the brackets of a tahoe won't fit, but will the cushions? Please Help!!!!
