Disappearing antifreeze

Greetings
The level of antifreeze in the resevoir in our 98 Dodge caravan keeps going down but I see no signs of leak underneath the van. This morning upon starting there was a loud bang and then it seemed as if the engine tried to seize up. A few cranks later it started but idled roughly. I've checked all the fluid levels which are fine. occasionally upon starting there would be white smoke....which would disappear after a few minutes of running. Does this sound like there is a crack in the block?
Thanks

Do not drive it. Could be a cracked block. More then likely it is a Head Gasket. Have it checked ASAP before more (if any) damage occurs.

I'll go along with that too. If your loosing antifreeze and no signs of leaks then there is a very good chane it's going into your combustion chamber. Do you have white smoke out the exhaust? Or junk on the oil dip stick?

Check your oil see if looks milky also check your tranny fluid i have a 97 voyager and anti freeze went into tranny after my radiator busted inside the resevior for the tranny cooler and all the anti freeze leaked into the tranny which know i have to rebuild. Good luck FrankC
