help radiator problem with slug

:confused: I have a 97 monte carlo that had dex coolent in it and I had it removed with regular coolent. After a few weeks I saw that It was running hot. So I checked the coolent and I noticed there was a slugge stuck to the outer layer inside the radiator. My question is what can I due to put in or to get rid of the slugge. :banghead:
