Need some advice....

Have a 2003 Grand Prix GT with an Eibach Prokit drop of 1.5". As you would figure my factory shocks/struts are done. The car is heavy to begin with and with the drop the shocks couldn't take it. I called and was told that my car has cartridges in the front....never heard that before. I asked what they typically put on my type of car. The guy first said coil overs are what they typically use , but with the dropkit I should go for the KYB GR2's - cartridges in the front at $45/ea and a full assembly for the back $58/ea. After reading some of the threads I am seeing that KONI might be what I need instead. I am bouncing around way too much now and want to eliminate that altogether if possible. I was also told when I dropped it that a sport shock would be the way to go.....ANY SUGGESTIONS.....HELP PLEASE ?!!!

thanks

Definitely go KONI if you can afford them. I've heard alotta people go the Eibach/KYB route but they tend to get tons of pogo. There is a pogo mod you can do that may eliminate it a little bit:

The Koni setup comes with the whole package - struts, springs and strut mounts. There is no spring compression needed or anything, just unbolt the old suspension and bolt up the KONI's and you're finished. If you do get them, you can switch out the front KONI springs with the Eibachs so your front rides lower.
