air bag and belt light

I have 89 944S2 just came out of storage and unfortunaly the battery was dead ( usually I have a trickle charger on ) once I recharged the battery and was able to reset the alarm I have now a problem with the main warning light the air bag and seat belt light stays on and also no power to the radio although all the fuses are fine. The vehicle runs fine however I cannot turn off these lights I have checked all the connections and appear to be fine and also the seatbelt . The voltmeter shows that the battery is charged and charging while I drive.
Can somebody please help.
