Make sure no bulbs are reversed. I'm assuming you mean the left is lit up bright and won't flash when the lights are on? Does it flash with the lights off?
You could try turning the lights on, putting the signal on, and take the bulbs out one at a time, and see if it starts working when one of them comes out. If so, you at least know more or less where the problem is. Look for any chafed wiring and maybe try putting the bulb back in and moving the wiring and socket around and see if anything happens. If nothing else, try splicing a new socket in. Sometimes they go bad and terminals get crossed up in them.

Yes the left front signal seems to be on its high filament and will not flash when the lights are turned on... If you turn all the running lights and all lights off ... the signal will work fine.......

Yeah, try turning that bulb around, and if that doesn't do it, replace the socket.
