I am not sure if I have done one that new yet. But if you can't find screws it must pop off. And I hates theses new car for that. Just about have to break to get apart.

I recently did this to get all the pennies out of the tape deck that my kids put in there over the past 2 years. The trim piece does pop off. Just start prying one side gently and you will feel it start to give. I think I started on the right lower side. It made me nervous because I hate prying on plastic pieces. If I remember correctly, I was able to pull at it with my finger. Good luck.

Forgot to mention mine is an '02 Voyager, they should be the same.

There are two screws behind a panel above the cup holder tray. The piece that pries off is about 3/4" x 7" and is the same color as the dash, not black. Hopefully you haven't tried prying yet as you will break the main trim for sure.

thanks all, i found the 2 hidden screws under the trim piece, removed them and it came right off, thats the good news, the bad news is the stereo i bought has the 22 pin plug and the one in my van has 2 7 pin plugs, so after removing my stereo i got to re-install. i heard you can buy an conversion plug from d/c so off to the dealer i go. thanks again for the replies!
