Removing blown head gasket 89 celica

I've got an 89 celica (3s-ge engine) and need to replace my head gasket and timing belt. I have all the tools and stuff it need to do it however i have descovered that the fuel injection manifold sits almost right a against the manifold and the timing belt sits right up against the side wall.

Is there anyway to get the head off without having to lift the entire engine out of the body? All I need is a guide to how to get past the injection manifold removal or if anyone has a website guide that would be awesome
