Info needed on D15B three stage VTEC

Hi
I own a 1997 Civic Vti SOHC D15B Three stage VTEC and I have been searching the net for some information on the engine as they are almost unheard of here in NZ.
Does anyone know were I maybe able to get a manual online, or have some info on how to set the ignition timing and tappets
