Geo Mechanic?

Shot in the dark here guys. Anyone on this forum from the Pittsburgh,PA area thats knows a mechanic experienced in working with geo's. I guess I'm too lazy to sit down with a phone book, but that will be my next option.

1994 geo metro timing crank i understand but cam ? it has 3 ways of looking at this it has a mark bc and a dot then a indent on the edge ,this alingns with a dowel that points down but here is the kicker there is a second dowel that i see with ab but no dot and this also aligns with a dowel with a indent alingning with cam splash ? which one do i use also if there is a way i can send apic i will thanks for any help
