hello everyone!

it's been quiet sometime I didn't show my finished models, so here they are, any comments welcome. Sorry I didn't post the progress pics because I did all of this models back in jakarta before coming to melbourne...and in Jakarta the internet connection sucks.

I did this alfa 3 months ago. I really like the shape of the car it's kinda unique...just wish if tamiya will release the new GTV.. :P..and the white color is working well with the alfa. And at that time I'm also had trouble with the photoetch decal...arggh it's so hard to stick them to the car....its so tiny lettering.

This is also finished at the same time with the alfa, its an italeri kit and its not so accurate, as you can see the side window is a very odd shape. At that time the progress in 90% finished, I haven't put the decal and the side mirror yet.

This is my favorite DB5...it's from doyusha..well you know the quality...:( but anyway until somebody make the accurate version this one is still in my heart.

The lotus super seven, I got in jakarta for usd$3, great bargain, i'll show you the engine pics later on.

Hello !!

I like this "street version" of MB's C-Class DTM.
I'm going to do the same, but with smaller bumpers and with full interior, front and rear seats I will take from E-Class or from other Mercedes models.

Great work !
Blue Mercedes look so sweet.... ; -)))

I have got 190E - antecessor of C-Class, I bought it painted as it look like in the pictures. I will repaint it, my 190E 2.5-16 will pait black-silver. It will be replica of my friend's real car.

/stains on the model are effect of jpg's compression/

Hello Mr_Benz!

Thanks for the comment! hmm that merc of yours its very rare you know...I don't know about the quality of the kit especially from ESCI...i think the fujimi version (the evo version) is much better :)...if u can get the fujimi one it will surely complete your collection :)

Actually that merc is the same color with my grandfather car...its c-class with amg alloy and karlsson engine and kit. Eventough taht car is already 8 years old but its still look fantastic :)

Some darn good paint jobs on show here. Hard for me to pick a fav, but I do like the Aston, big fan of Aston cars. Now selecting one I think looks the best job, that's too hard, so I'll just choose them all..!!

Mr Spymaker ; -)

Yes I know - this is very rare kit.
I have two others 190E, one is an old 190E AMG Fujimi and my new 190 will built from this two kits beceuse ESCI's kit is very pour.

It is impossible to buy a new kit of 190E...

But I have one more 190E, the fujimi 190E 2.5-16 Evolution 2 ; -))))
In box are additional parts, front and rear bumper and spoilers for Evolution 1 and "normal" 2.5-16 version.

Probably I will tune C-Class DTM into C-class AMG 3.6 or 4.3 Version ; -))
With wheels form fujimi's MB E320 Sport version ; -) (typicly AMG 18" wheels)
It will be silver or black with black and white AMG's interior.

Only 8 years ? This is very young car (if we talk about Mercedes cars)
My firends' 190E 2.5-16 is 12 years old but it is probably the best car I have seen and I have driven. It has 147k kilometers and it still as fresh as new car from factory ! ! ! It's not amazing, it is Mercedes ;-)))

Very nice!

Reminds me of my long shelved 300 cab project. Mixing a 190 with a 300sl. With the 190 body (minus the roof and back doors) on the 300 chassis and interior. A case of 'biteing off a bit more than I could chew'.

Has anyone converted the Jurrasic Park ML320 into the street version?
I ended up building mine as the movie version after considering the work involved. :eek7:
