Hi Can anyone help me with relocating the guage cluster. I mean how can I take a mold of the center console so that the guages would be in the center, here is an example,

that car = poo, audio and performance wise.
but anyway, it is a custom fiberglass dash, looks like to me anyway.
you would make a mold of the current dash or use the current dash, cut out the hump for the current guage cluster and fill the gap. then make an MDF ring or w/e of the guage cluster, mount it in the center, strech the fleece, and glass, re enfoce, then sand, paint, add guages, be done.
but make sure to leve a place for the steering wheel.

hi when u say MDF ring, how would I cut a ring like that shape, can I just make the mold of the current dash then cut the hump on the fiberglass and then mold it in the center and then strech fleece over the whole where the hump used to be and glass it.
Also, what would u think is the best way to take a mold of a whole dash. Never taken a mold of a part that big before thats why I was wondering.
