my car wont start just changed fuel pump

i had just got a new fuel pump for my car b/c my car wasnt getting fuel to the engine now it doesbut i riged it like a nascar so that power would get to it now there is no power goin to the ignition coil an it wont start the car at all wut is the problem i have no clue please help me

Look at your wiring diagram and trace the circuit to see where the power is suppose to be coming from.

i did an then i found out that my ignitoon coil isnt getting power i think it is the ignition that is back if the coil isnt bad

If it is pre 96, there is a CCRM module above the radiator on drivers side that controls the power to coil. If it is 96 or later, check the crank sensor.

Look on the side of the distributor for a module that has 6 or 7 wires going to it. Yhis is the ignition module. They are a known failure item.

wouldn't hurt too check the fuse box for the ignition coil
