The brightest white paint

What is the absolute brightest white paint that you've seen? If you can tell me who makes it and what the paint code is I would greatly appeciate it. I don't think any "pearl" paint is quite what I'm looking for, but anything that leaves you seeing spots is good.

A good multiple wax job can do that.
