How to identify what heads I have

You guys are the experts. I have two Honda heads and valve/cam covers I want to sell on Ebay, but I really do not know what they fit. If I can figure out how to post pics, I will, but is there any way to identify the heads by any markings on the heads.

there should be a marking on the front of the head, on the passenger side. It will be something like PR3-XX

On one of the heads there is "PM3-11" and then a circle with 9/0 in it.

The other one has a HM7 on it with a circle 9/0.

I uploaded some picks in my gallery.

Anybody tell me what size and year these fit? The PM3-11 is rebuilt complete and the other is just the empty casting new from Honda dealership.

Is it something I said, does my breath stink? NO responce, does anyone have any good web site to offer for information on identifing these heads?
