Running a little hott

Lately my 93's been running hot. After driving for around 20 minutes, the temperature is just over the half way mark. I can hear the fan kicking in, but the temperature barely lowers (goes just below half). When I come to a stop, the car runs quite rough and everything starts vibrating. What can I do to keep it cool? Ive also noticed that when the fan turns on, you can hear it vibrating in the car. I took a look at it and it looks as if the fan blade is a bit off set, so that when it turns, it doesnt do a good circle, it moves around a bit. Could this be a problem? Would this stop the fan from reaching full rpm?
Any help would be great. thanks

It's cooling ability will be greatly affected if it's off-balance. Replace it. Though I doubt it would be that much of a problem on the highway... assuming that's the only thing wrong with it. Make sure all your hoses are in good condition.

Ok. so now i've come to a conclusion that I'm gonna replace the fan. What is their value?

I think they are around $70 or so.

A) go to your local GM dealer
B) shop online (http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&lr=&q=cavalier+parts)
