Blew the trailer taillight fuse (at least I hope it's only a fuse) on my '05 TrailBlazer. I popped the cover of the fuse box and found the trailer left turn fuse, the trailer right turn fuse, the trailer backup lamp, the trailer electric brake... why can't I locate the trailer taillamp fuse? does anyone know which fuse runs the trailer tailights? yes, the vehicle taillights are working fine. any help, please.

do you mean the running lights? If so, there is a fuse under the hood labeled TRL x, where x is something I cant recall now. I had this problem with my 02, and it was a fuse. Hope this leads to some solution.

I dug up my response to this question from a few months ago.
It isnt very specific, but mainly you need to look in the under seat fusebox and look for a fuse with a label along the lines of TRL. This is the running light fuse, I think a 10A, which needs to be replaced. I know firsthand how irrating this problem can be, as it happened to me last summer when I needed to tow the most.

My '04 had the same problem and the fuse was found under the driver's side rear seat .. which soon blew again ... come to find out, the trailer wiring was wired incorrectly at the socket in the back from Cheverolet. So, if the fuse blows again, check the wiring at your rear connection.
