first i would like to say what a great site this is!
ok the prob. i'm haveing seems to be one or both
of these CPI unit or EGR valve?
little history on my blazer, about 6 mths ago had the CPI unit
replaced(autozone part) then 1 mth. later had the EGR valve cleaned
then about 1 mth. later the fuel pump went , had it replaced
now its back to its old tricks, started out>> running super rich
out the exhaust at idle but ran fine(be doing this for about 2 mths.)
now its back to running realy bad(poor idle, dies and hard to crank)-(after it stalls out) also pulled CODE 32>>>thinking EGR Valve.
after doing some reading here>>>>>>>> i see some are saying
about the CPI UNIT also replace the NUTKIT, could someone please
explain what the nutkit is? as i wondering if that was replaced
when they replace the CPI UNIT? also i'm guessing you cant just replace the fuel regulator on the CPI UNIT, atleast thats what i was told?
one more thing does anyone know what part number the EGR valve is
on my blazer, debateing wheather to buy a new EGR valve or to have mine cleaned again? thanks for anyones help in advance!!!

edited.....lol
one more thing i wanted to mention , i was under the impression
that the temp should read around 210 degrees on these 4.3's?
but mine seems to only get up to about 200 to 205* is this another problem i should look into?....thanks again

Depending on which type egr your truck has I would say replace it. The temp seems okay. On vehicles that electric fans will run 215+ before fan turn on.

The nut kit is the internal fuel lines. If it is leaking, it will cause carbon to build up in the egr valve. The EGR valve can be cleaned and doesn't have to be replaced. The nut kit will have to be replaced if it is leaking.

Your temperature should be one click left of the 210 mark.

Code Set When:
*PCM monitors EGR control circut voltage when commanded ON, should be between .2 to 4.8 volts to apply vacuum to ERG valve
* ERG valve opens modifying exhaust gas oxygen sensor sample
* Short term fuel trim counts are expected to decrease over 10%

PCM Turns Off ERG Control
*PCM monitered ERG control circuit voltage is OFF, should be within .5 volts of battery voltage.
*Short term fuel trim counts should increase more than 10% if not code is set.

nut kit is the fuel lines that run to the injector inside the upper plenum.
