Weight Training Class

If you have it in your school, take it. I am so glad I did, and so is my good friend.
I used to weight 155 when started, now I weight 148, look way skinnier and I am so much stronger. This new years I did like 1 pull up, now I can do 8, and normal pull ups where your arms face away.
My friend was 195, now 180. But he is f*cking strong, benches 200 without ever working out, Looks fat though.
Just wanted to tell everyone that if you are in high school and have this class, take it!

Take it in college too, I am taking it this fall and this is how the class works. It meets 3 times in the semester and to pass the class all you have to do is go to the gym and work out 3 times a week. I do that (and more) anyway so its a free A!
