wheel fitment help please

i have a 2000 chevy malibu and i am trying to order some 18 inch wheels for it. the wheel i want is sacchi s6 and every place i call to try and order them is out of stock in my bolt pattern 5x114.3 i believe it is. but this one place i called up that said they were out said another size would fit just fine i think he might have said 5x4.5 i'm not sure. do you know if this is possible without messing anything up? i don't wanna have to do any extra work to make them fit or have them fall off when i'm going down the highway. any help would be greatly appreciated thank you.

well, first, try posting in the correct forum, 2nd... r im will only fit if it has the same bolt pattern as your car.. just order the ones you want and wait for them to come in,

5x114.3 and 5x4.5 is the same thing, it's 4.5 inches and 114.3mm.
