numerous studies have shown that light alcohol consumption has proven to have benefits. unfortunately, most drinkers consume much more alcohol than is healthy, and the detriments of this far outweigh possible benefits. simply stated, there are few people who benefit from drinking, and if you do, my hats off to you.

I definitely do not benefit from drinking but I thought it was an interesting topic. I unfortunately am a social drinker but I do not stop with 1-2 drinks... so the survey doesnt fit me :)

it is interesting. i don't drink any longer because i am an alcoholic, but i have no problem with other people drinking, if you can handle it without going overboard, have fun...

Smart of you to realize. I watch out for alcoholism since it runs in my family. I can go for months without drinking ...I guess it all depends
