Need Clutch Help

Alright so i have a 96 Prelude Vtec... ran into some problems.

So about 6 months ago i had some sticky shifting. After some reasearch i realized i had to fill up my master cylinder with brake fluid.... this fixed my problem... About two days ago it felt the same as it did in the past... so i did the same fix except now the fluid is leaking towards the front of the car! and fast! My clutch also gets stuck to the ground and i cant shift into any gear... I have it jacked right now and am wondering if there are any possible problems i might address. Could it be the clutch? or do i need to fix a leak that is causing the problem... any input would help. I have heard replacing the master cylinder... is that right?
BTW I noticed the sticking RIGHT after a highway dash with hard shifting. (Beat a turbo crx at least)

the master cylinder is for brakes, if its your clutch leaking, check the slave cylinder, its attacted to the front of your tranny (toward the front of the car).
