Steering wheel wobble in my Integra

Over the past week, anytime I start moving in my 1999 Integra, my steering wheel has a slight wobble back and forth even when I'm driving straight. I'm guessing this could be an alignment problem, but I'd like to know what you guys think before I head to my mechanic.
