3.4 header recommendations?

Ok, as most of you all know, I have a 3.4 V6. Well I'm finally making enough money to do some upgrades, so I figured I'd start off by replacing my stock exhaust system. Now, I've only seen two different sets of headers for my car.. Those being by Pacesetter, and RKSport.

Pacesetter doesn't offer ceramic coated headers, which all I really hear is people saying to make sure you get them ceramic coated. Could someone please explain to me what the plus factors of having them being ceramic coated are? I can get these for about $200 from www.lmperformance.com.

And the other company I've found that offers headers for the 3.4 is RKSport. They happen to offer ceramic coated headers, but all I ever hear is bad things about them. Such as them giving you a weak and thin gasket that hardly lasts and wears out quickly. I can get these for about $400 from www.lmperformance.com as well.

Due to my low budget.. would it be cheaper to go with the Pacesetter headers, and have them ceramic coated (if that's a possibility or even necessary).. or should I just go with RKSport? Feel free to throw your :2cents: this way. As I'm pretty much stumped right now.

having them coated helps them last longer and reduces the under hood temperature.. you can buy them and get them coater .. or get some exaughst insulating wrap.. its simply wraps around the header tubes individually and greatly reduces tempuratures.. costs around 40 bucks american for a 2" X 50' roll
