So yeah I asked af ew people but like more input on the matter.
97 M5 tranny 3.8 w/ 83k miles
Recently (after installed A/C) its felt as if its on 24/7.
When AC is on and after I shift to 2nd the car struggles to stay on, jerking back and forth bad a few times, chirps the tires from lack/surge of gas. Sometimes happens in 3rd rarely in 1st.
Does it, not as often when AC is off, but still does it.
Just had oil changed @ 3300 miles and it seems to be a bit better.
No matter what gear, at 4k-4500rpms it feels like I started tugging a boat. Or I started going up a steep hill. Fine up until then. What do you think it could be?

It sounds like a possible electrical problem. Since you said it surges more when the ac is on maybe your battery is going bad... or altenator...
