Car bogging

Kinda like the old thread i put about the check engine light, when it comes on after driving for awhile. Well it happened again yesterday, while testing to see if my car shifts into 3rd (which it doesn't). I figured that it isn't the o2 sensor (unless it causes complete bogging), but when you hit the throttle, doesn't matter how hard, when the light is on, it doesn't pull nearly as hard as it would when the light is off. Also after leaving the car parked for about an hour, it's back to normal. So what the hell is going on? Is it the throttle response sensor (is that correct?) or what is it?

tacoma man.

thats a sharp car bud, um it could be a bad o2 sensor cause if it goes out your goig to have some air and fuel mixture problems. is this a tune port engine?

i gonna see if i can replace it this weekend, found it a autozone (please don't bash) for around 40 bucks, hopefully that is the problem. If that ain't it, what else could it be?
