2001 taurus wagon electrical problem blow fuses

we have a 2001 wagon and it keeps blowing the powerwindow.pl,pantenna,batterysaver,interiorlight fuse.I have disconnected the pwr antenna and metered the wires bit it has 4 wires two red i figure are pwr for going up and down,a black which is groun but there is a green wire which is also going to ground.I cant find out where the grreen wire is suppose to go any suggestions and or leads to this snag?

According to the wiring diagram for my 1998, the dark green wire goes to a 5 amp fuse (circuit 22?) that is hot at all times. There is a red/black wire that goes to a 5 amp fuse (circuit 8?) which is hot in START. The black wire goes to ground, and the red/pink wire goes to the rear control unit pin 10 of connector C478.
With the power antenna unplugged, do you still have problems with the fuse blowing?
