Other day morons in my school got into a DWI but also got into an accident. What really fucking gets under my skin skin is the people in the drunkards car (HS kids) all fine but the innocents wownd up horrible. driver died an the passenger is in a coma all 4 kids are fine. The HS students were in the durango btw.

I walk up an the kid who got into the accident the one who was riding shotgun in the durango starts JOKING ABOUT IT!!!!!!! he starts flashing pictures of the crash an boasting!! Like its something to be fucking proud of. If he didnt have a broken collar bone hed be dead! This is ABSOLUTLY REDICULIOUS!!!

Well you know how the collar bone is really close to the shoulder. Grab him by the shoulder really hard and turn him around towards you and tell him if he likes his other collarbone he should shut the fuck up. People like that piss me off too. I mean if he was just showing pictures of the accident to show what happened thats one thing. But to joke and boast about how his friend was fucked up driving around putting his other friends lives at risk and ended up killing one, maybe two people is stupid.

What happened to the driver is he going to jail for manslaughter? He's 16 he should be charged as an adult.

I think the parents are to blame as well after reading that article saying he had a previous charge not a month before. If i would have gotten one minor infraction with drinking and driving at 16 i would be grounded till i was old enough to move out on my own and i know damn well no driving whatsoever.

I beat a kids ass for that same thing. My friend went through a windshield of an airborne Denali and hit a telephone pole. The kid that was directly behind her was remembering (vaguely) what it looked like and was joking about it. I didn't say two words. Flicked him in the back of the head with my finger, he turned around, I layed him out clean then walked off. Everyone around me sided with me, that I didn't touch the kid, so I didn't get in trouble.

I would, lol. Seriously, collar bones only take 8 pounds of pressure to break. So he got pretty much no damage, a lot of people I know broke there collar bones. So break something worse, like maybe a leg. People in this world are so immature. I bet his parents didn't even punish him.

And it only takes about 7lbs of pressure to yank off an ear, just make sure you keep it so he cant get his own ear stitched back on.

Just got word the kid who was driving will most likely be let off because the ASSHOLE COPS didnt take his blood alcohol level right away so the dirt bag is saying he wasnt drunk an they pulled out in front of him!!!!!! **RANT*** X 50000 WTF is wrong with the world!!! that kid needs to be beaten shit-less, someone killed my friends step-brother in a car accident while drunk, my frined ran him over @ 40mph and put him in a coma, he deserved all he got. the kid remembered nothing about what caused his coma and my friend got away. i feel no pity and feel that my friend did nothing wrong. revenege is a dish best served with a few gallons of super-unleaded.

Yeah, it really sucks, but as it stands, taking your anger out physically on him [the rotten, insert all the profane words i can think of here, jerk] will get your own ass in jail, and the jerk walks away bruised or hurt, but smiles cuz he knows he has lawsuits on ya he WILL win.
