Swapping Front Seats Out

I currently have a 2000 Jetta VR6 GLS. A great car, but the leather seats make for a very hard ride and the combination of really long legs and manual transmission doesn't help. It's either give up the car entirely or swap the seats out. I've finally narrowed my search down to the Recaro Redline, but I can't figure out if they will fit in my car or if anyone sells the install Kit. Can I get some help? Thanks!

Doesnt sparco make a slider bracket for vw? Its a simple design sort of. E-mail sparco on there website and ask if they make a seat bracket.
