Well, Swap Problems...

Well, i was swapping my 2000 GSR Motor into my 93 EX over the weekend and all the research ive done for the swap said i would be fine to use a ODBI P72.. and that the GSR engine harness would plug into my stock Civic EX sub harness... well i found out that there is an extra plug from the GSR harness on the passenger side sub harness (i assume its ODB2 sensors i dont have/need?) and also, someone just said something about the injectors and distirbutor?? i changed out my stock GSR injectors for RC ones.. does that make a differance?? Sorry if this questions is noobish, but i searched and couldnt find a complete answer.
