rear disc kit

well tomorrow i am doing my rear disc kit on my 97 gmc,2wd.the main question is since i am going to pull out the axles i am going to change the axle seals and bearings. do i need a bearing puller or are they interference fit.also i was going to use amsoil rear diff fluid(synthetic)
should i use the posi additive as well.
