who would win?

ok so i have a 93 vx with a swapped in d15b vtec 130hp... i also have dc headers and a downpipe put on, high flow cat, and a custom 3" catback, and a AEM cold air intake. my friend had a 2001 jetta with the 2.0 engine in it. everything is stock except he has a catback on, not sure which kind it is but anyways. who do you think would win in a race. i think my honda because the weight differential, and hp differential. oh yeah, his engine stock is 115hp. how about it guys?
