Like the topic says, do cops keep record of why they pull you over even if they don't give you a ticket or anything?
Cuz I keep getting pulled over a few things on my car and I manage to get out it ok but my mom keeps telling me "you better fix that or they're going to find out you've already been pulled over and give you ticket!"
So do they?

I think they do.. I have been pulled over a few times.. and he was like.. " I thought i told you to fix that" They have to keep track. That or they have darn good memories.

Bone thugs n harmony covered that song? I've only heard the Rage Against the Machine cover before, and of course the NWA original. They must have been really happy to hear you play that. Surprised they didn't pull you out of the car.
But cops do have a pretty good memory. I know people who have been pulled over by the same cop on numerous occasions. Even having them call the person by their first name without having to look at their license.

Bad thing is when you get pulled over for someone elses car. I use to have a stock red Si, carbon fiber hood, and 17" white rims. Well I kept getting pulled up to by people thinking I was some dude named Cory.
Well then I get pulled over one night by a cop that said he clocked me at 70mph (even though I had just pulled from a red light). Now I don't think the ole A6 with just an intake would pull to 70mph in about 50 feet. Anyways...He says yeah we have been looking for you for some time. I always see you "flying" around here. I tell him about the other car that looks just like mine. Hes just like "uh huh...well, just slow it down, next time I will write you a ticket" (at that point I knew he didn't clock me at all).

^ interesting. my friends tell me that they can always tell my car apart from everyone else's. i'm on my own as far as screw-ups go! it's gonna suck when they start remembering what they pulled me over for. :disappoin

There was a time when my car looked like someone elses.. I painted it shortly after. Fixed that problem.

I already had the cops called on me a couple of times now, but always got the hell out of the place before they showed up. It would suck if they had kept a record of that.

i know here if they got ur plate number, they goto your house and talk to you but usually never do anything unless its repeated offences over and over.... and also if the same person keeps calling them too

Well once it was for street racing. I was racing in a residential zone, 25 mph, and during the second run I noticed someone walking out to their driveway with a phone held to their ear as I blew by them. Don't tell me to stop street racing, because I learned my lesson.
