I was reading an article for a honda civic on how he made a cut off switch so the fuel pump would no longer work, unless it was turned on, (for theft purposes) I was wondering, how and if this can be done to my 4Runner. If you know where the fuel pump wires are, were the fuel pump is located, and how this can be done? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

You would need to wire in the relay, to either the fuel pump power, or ground wire.
