What part of FMIC's are you wanting to get information on? The cooling, airflow, or everything? Go to your local bookstore and pick up Corky Bell's book on turbocharging. It has almost every math equation you could possibly need in the turbo world. I actually own the book and I wouldn't mind posting up some of the equations listed in it, but I lent the book to a friend who is joining the turbo crowd soon.

Here is a link to Corky's intercooler website (yes, he sells intercoolers). It doesn't have many mathematical equations, but definitely some good information: http://www.bellintercoolers.com/Pages/tech.asp

Maximum boost jsut about put me to sleep. There is much more involved info available on the internet, but itshard to find. There is a badass IC site, austrailian company, but I cant remember the URL or even the name of the company. More info than you could read in one sitting. Ah, I think its "ARE", try googling it. NEvermind, I did it. Took some creative searching, but here it is.

http://www.are.com.au/techtalk/intecoolersMR.htm

Poke around the site, I seem to remember articles and bits of info scattered around the site. See if that doesnt help.

Hey you could just put a little wire mesh "box" around your stock IC and dump dry ice in their so its up against the IC.

except dry ice is made of carbon dioxide(CO2) and when it melts it would reduce the amount of oxygene if it gets sucked into your intake.

I guess it's all relevant to who is reading it. I sure wouldn't expect a person who's done as much as you have to really get much help from it :p But it's a good book to read if you're just a novice with turbocharged cars (like moi :) ).
