Removing bumper

2000 Dodge Coravan
I have tried to install a trailer hitch and the bolts that hold the bumper on the frame are half brocken.
I think that I can try to remove the rear bumper and then take those bolts off.
My question is how do you take the cover off before you slide the bumper out?

Any suggestions?

I've never had mine off yet, but any other bumper I have removed came off much easier as a whole unit. There should just be 4 bolts or nuts and maybe a few plastic clips near the wheel wells and then slide it out. Good luck!
