I have a v6 stang and getting a dual exhaust system. I plan on getting two 2.25' pipes and run them from my cats to the flowmaster 40 series mufflers and then run 2.5' pipes from the mufflers to the rear of the car. Can you let me know if this is a good setup for a v6 and will I lose any power with the size of the pipes? Also can I expect to get a nice deep and loud sound from this setup. thanks

A V6 will only sound so "deep". Dont expect it to sound like a GT w/Flows but it will sound better than your stock exhaust set-up. And no you will not lose any power. If you want it louder i know they make an off-road x-pipe, off-road meaning no cat converters, this will add power and be louder at the same time.....however it will not pass emissions if your state requires them.
