Previous owner deactivated the immobilizer on my 2000 Tahoe. Does anybody know how to re-activate it?

Yea, I'm sorry too. I was pissed off at the sat TV installer that day. He cored through my wall and right through a 120 volt feed for the south side wall plugs. Tried to hide it by drilling in another spot and patching that hole so it looks like he never touched it. When u patch stucco try to make it the same color or it just doesn't work.
