GVR4 problem

OK, OK, technically not an Eclipse. But the same engine, so I figure I'll have better luck here.
Anyhow, just got the head done, and put everything back on. New coil, new power transistor, Magnecore wires, new plugs, etc. Got the injectors cleaned and tested as well. Go to start it up and number 2 isn't firing. I have spark (according to my timing light), and the plug smells like gas, so it seems like the injector is firing too. Did a compression check and got about 150 across the board, including number 2. Secondary resistance is fine on the coil...can't quite reach the plug with the coil installed, but I can't imagine that'd be the problem since it's brand new.
Any ideas?

Figured it out, sort of. I swapped the number 1 and 2 injectors, and everything ran just fine after that. Kinda weird...don't know why it would act that way.
Anyhow, thanks for the flood of suggestions. ;)
