auto to 5 speed

Ok hey guys, I have a 95 civic 4dr that used to be an automatic and now im trying to convert it to a 5 speed.Im also putting in a b18b1.Now the motor is sitting in my car and the transmission bolts are like a half inch off the motor mount bolt holes. Do i have to cut and reweld the left side tranmission bracket or do i just have to torque the thing till it gets lined up?

Cut it and weld or buy the hasport mount.
