F20B Swap Question

Sorry if this information has been posted before, new to this part of the forum, Me & my friend are thinking about swapping out his VTEC SOHC 94 accord motor with the JDM F20B DOHC, will this motor require everything to drop in such as the wiring harness, ECU, etc...does it work with his stock 5spd accord tranny??
