Quick Hood ?

Hey, I have the 420a (sob sob) and I have heard talk of a heat shield on the underside of hoods. Is this with all eclipses, or just the turbo version due to the insane amount of heat, because I dont have one, (atleast I dont see one)

I am buying a FG hood, do I need to get a heat shield.

i have a 95 rs and it has a heat shield. yours should have one. i would find something for the hood so it's less prone to cracking from heat.

What would you get, I dont understand... Like where would you buy it, and how is it put on the hood.

i don't know where you can get them at but they're held on with those plastic pushbutton thingys. you push them on and the "teeth" grab onto the backside and hold it on there.

i tore mine out cause it was ugly
